Place just opened for business (June 2023). Food was good and nice portion size. Service was excellent. Whenever I give ratings I also try to offer perspective. Remember this is a small town, not a metropolitan center, also they just opened (not even a complete menu yet). I would still recommend regardless of location or age of business. This place should only get better with time and once fully staffed too. I love local places like this when I travel.
Great food and very friendly staff. I dinged them on the service because they were short-staffed and I had to wait quite a while to get seated and also had to wait a while for the food to come out. Treated my 10 month old puppy to a dinner of beef brisket and a sweet potato. He was in doggy heaven. The cod was excellent once I got it and my server was a gem!
The waitress was friendly as can be. The portion sizes were great. The food was amazing! From the time we sat down till the time we left was a great experience.
Stopped in for a quick lunch-service was fast and pork sandwich was one of the best I’ve had in a while. It was served hot and their spicy barbecue had a perfect twang to it and was not really spicy.
My wife and I stopped in. Our meal was terrific! I ordered ribs. Not the best I've ever had. However, they were very good. I like mine a bit more seasoned (this is just a preference). Potato salad was a good side. The cowboy beans were fantastic! My wife got a steak and man was it good. It was better than the ribs, and that's not a knock on the ribs. They have a ton of very unique bbq sauces. I am very happy we ar jimbos bbq. My only complaints aren't food related. While clean, the restaurant has some clutter that could be addressed. The soap dispenser in men's room needs replaced. There are some pieces of sheetrock setting in the hall leading to restroom area. The salad bar (which wasn't in use at the time was bit of an eyesore) We will definitely be back.
Enjoyed a meal here on 4th of July! It was very busy but as always the brisket was perfection!! It is not a quick in and out and listen folks that is okay for the great food you will get in return!! Our server always apologizes for the wait but our family knows this ahead of time....Thanks for a amazing meal on our 4th of July tradition!
The food here is great! We tried the pork ribs, smoked chicken wings, and grilled shrimp and all were some of the best we’ve had. Our waitress was very kind and charming, but the service was slow due to there being one cook in the kitchen. The ambiance in the restaurant is a little odd for sure, no music, few decorations, but nothing that the food and service didn’t make up for. We say definitely worth the wait!
The smoked ribs were delicious! Our son also loved the pulled pork and corn nuggets. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming.
